Recently the Oilshield team accompanied representatives from the UK and Ireland Fuel Distributors Association (UKIFDA) to present the UKIFDA Green Award to this year’s winners, Crown Oil. The UKIFDA Green Award, sponsored by Oilshield, promotes environmental initiatives within the liquid fuel distribution industry – recognising and rewarding those who are leading the way in sustainability and environmental performance for a decarbonised future. Over the last year, Crown Oil have played a key role in future fuels initiatives, specifically the ongoing UKIFDA HVO trials. As well as being a lead supplier of HVO, Crown are also the first and only UK fuel distributor to run their entire fleet on HVO. Once again, we’d like to thank everyone who submitted their entries for this year’s Green award.
